In this painting you chose a very interesting contrast between what in my opinion is a rather creepy subject matter and very light an natural colours.

You have good control of watercolours as a medium. The shading of the hand and the face are very well done. The only minor point there would be, that the lower lip looks a little twisted on the right side.
The colours of the background are very vibrant and I really like how you blended them.

I think the painting looks a little bit, as though you may have photografed it when it was still wet, at least there are a few reflections, that I don't think are part of the original painting.

It's interesting how you chose the darkest place in the painting to place your signature. That's very unusual, I usually look for a light spot, so the signature is actually visible.

All in all this is a very nice painting!
